1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic Shipping: Across India
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time

Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary based on your location and order size.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (festivals, bulk orders, sales), processing time may be longer. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available in select locations)
  • Bulk Transport Logistics: Based on order size and location (subject to logistics availability)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, quantity, and delivery location.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to activate depending on the courier system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products (custom materials, bulk rolls, or oversized shipments) may have location-based restrictions depending on transport availability.

6. Changing Order or Address

Changes cannot be made after dispatch.
If you need to modify your order or correct the address, contact us immediately before shipping. We will assist if the order is still in processing stage.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, RR TEX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or transport delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Road restrictions or strikes
  • Unexpected logistical issues

For delayed deliveries, customers may contact the courier directly using the tracking ID.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, report the issue within 3–5 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Order details and tracking proof

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability and policy terms.

9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If an incorrect product is delivered or items are missing, notify us immediately. We will:

  • Send missing items, or
  • Replace incorrect products, or
  • Issue a refund if required

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. RR TEX is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
